Suggestion:
If you wired the funds by 11AM, the receiving bank should be able to post the transaction before 3PM. You should be able to get the keys today; at latest by tomorrow.

The closing on the house is when you get the keys. In some counties recording the sale can take up to 6 months depending how busy the office is
you aren't going to get keys until all paperwork is signed off on – why aren't you at the closing in person?
