Suggestion:
It depends on your purchase contract. If the seller was to deliver possession to you at closing, and closing has been completed, then the house is yours. But if contract states that possession of the property is to be delivered at some other date, than you may not. The deed does not have to be recorded for you to take possession.

Not recorded = not yours.
Is the contract written for possession "at closing and funding?" Generally you would receive the keys at "closing" everyone is anxious to get into their new home but, you need to be patient. Speak to the REALTOR and let them tell you what is up with this transaction. Good luck and enjoy the new home.
