Where Can I Learn More About Property Management? Any Realtors out There Want to Share There Stories?

I want to get involved in starting a property management company. Commercial and Residential preferably. I have my RE license and have dabbled in small commercial deals and done mostly residential. Anyone out their want to share their stories on how they got involved?
